The 2026 Summit Workshops

For the first time, the 2026 Salinas Biological Summit is introducing 3 'deep-dive' workshops to coincide with this year's event. Each workshop will take place on Monday June 22, from 1.30pm-4.00pm.

The workshops are a response to delegate feedback from previous years. By focusing on 3 areas of specific biological interest, delegates will have the opportunity to meet and engage with others sharing that interest.

The Platform10 Workshop

Date: Monday June 22, 2026
Time: 1:30pm – 4.00pm
Workshop Address: One Main Street, Salinas
Hosted by: Platform10

Platform10 was launched in November 2003 as a major outcome of the inaugural Salinas Biological Summit. Platform10 is an international, multi-year collaboration that accelerates promising biopesticide companies, rigorously assesses products, enhances grower confidence, and facilitates market development and adoption.

The first Platform10 field trials have been running in California. This workshop provides registered Summit delegates with a review of those field trials and an opportunity to learn more about the global plans for the field trials expansion. This workshop should be of particular interest to growers and biopesticide companies wanting to learn more about the program.
